Autographs, Photos, and Gift Policies

​AUTOGRAPH POLICIES

 

All autographs will be personalized.

 

Items that are approved for signing but are still subject to approval;

  • Official merchandise of the talents

  • Official merchandise from projects the talent has worked on (ie: manga, games, etc)

  • Official convention memorabilia (ie: badge, lanyard, etc)

  • Shikishi boards

 

Prohibited Items

  • Unofficial merchandise (ie: personal items such as bags, phone cases, music equipment, etc)

  • Fan made arts or goods

  • Note pads, notebooks, sheet papers

  • Cosplay props

  • Funko pops

 

Autographs will be limited to two (2) items per person. If you would like to have more items signed, you may re-enter the line after.

 

Talents official merchandise will always be available for purchase at all autograph sessions.

 

Reminder again that all items, regardless of being in the approved list, are still subject to final approval upon entering the lines for autographs.


 

PHOTO / PHOTO-SESSION POLICIES

 

For artists safety and protection, please abide by the following rules to make your experience as fun and easy as possible!

  • Please be mindful and respectful of the talents personal space.

  • Please refrain from asking or trying to embrace the talent; such as any hugging or touching.

    • If the talent initiates contact first, it is only acceptable then.

  • Please refrain from asking for complicated poses. We would like to keep things simple again due to time constraints and talent safety.

  • FOR CHEKI ONLY SESSIONS: The cheki taking process should be fairly quick so we do please ask not to stall for time as we have many other fans to get through in a short time frame.

GIFTING POLICIES

 

For our talents safety and protection, any gifts that are brought for them must be placed in the designated area (ie: gift box or table) or passed to a FAKE STAR USA staff. They cannot be handed directly to the talent. 

 

If you would like to ensure that it reaches the talent you intend, please be sure to add their name to the packaging.

 

Gifts should be limited to;

  • Small, non-perishable items.

    • Please refrain from bringing oversized items, ie: large plush toys, large drawings, etc as the talents have one suitcase and simply cannot fit everything.

  • Small letters, stickers, or fanarts

    • Please no framed works (due to possible glass/frame breakage)

 

Should you decide to give food or drink items;

  • Items must be sealed and in original packaging.

  • No homemade items will be accepted.
