FAQ

Ticket Sales

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Policies set forth by venues and event partners prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after purchase
  • If you are attending a show or convention as press or media, and have purchased a ticket to the event, a refund will not be allowed.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled.

VIP Upgrades

  • Our VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. 
  • VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event.
  • All items included in VIP will be given to you at the respective VIP session.
  • If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the respective event’s merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Artist(s) and FAKE STAR USA are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.
  • If you are attending a show or convention as press or media, you may not attend any VIP events. In the event an upgrade is purchased, a refund will not be allowed and your press or media credentials may be revoked.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.

VIP Session Policies

  • No large gifts will be accepted.
  • No speakers, amps, or instruments are allowed at sessions. Most of these items against convention or venue rules.
  • Audio or video recording is strictly prohibited. Not complying with a request to stop capturing content could result in your removal.
  • Special accommodations cannot be made under any circumstances.

Gift Policies

  • Gifts may be accepted by Artist(s) during most Meet & Greet sessions.
  • If you plan on bringing gifts, please make sure that they are small, unopened, non-perishable items, as it can be difficult for the Artist(s) to travel with.
  • You may have to check the venues policies to see if certain items are not allowed inside prior to properly plan your gifts.
  • Special accommodations cannot be made under any circumstances.

Attendee Photography/Video Policies

  • Smart phones and point-and-shoot digital cameras WITHOUT interchangeable lenses are allowed for recording of content for personal, non-commercial (non-sponsored and non-monetized) use is allowed.
  • SLR/DSLR/DSLM cameras (i.e., cameras with changeable lenses), go pros, and any other professional equipment for recording or aiding in the recording of still images or videos are not allowed.
  • Tripods, selfie-stick, or any other device that may cause an obstruction of view are strictly prohibited.
  • Live streaming of any kind is prohibited.
  • Not complying with a request to move or stop capturing content could result in your removal.

  • Please check the venue or convention official website for their current bag policies.

ADA Information

  • As a general rule, please check the venue and or convention official website(s) to see if they have any of their ADA policies available. If you cannot find any information, you will need to contact the venue or convention yourself directly.
